Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for refund if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase. After this time frame, your item would not be eligible for return.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. (If packing slip is not included in bag, make sure your name that was used to place the order is on the return address section) 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, We will contact you regarding your refund.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale! Pre-order items are made to order and are final sale. 

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopbyboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
