Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

-Free shipping on orders over $65.  

-$32 flat rate for rushed delivery

-Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

 -Gift Cards, discounted items, cosmetics,hats, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Delays and Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • Be You Boutique is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping.
  • Be You Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
  • We carry up to $100 worth of insurance on all packages.
  • If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost, you must file a claim directly with the carrier:
    • Be You Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
    • Once an item is dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Contact USPS for any issues.
